The human aura is an energy field that reflects the subtle life energies within the body. These energies make us what we are and in turn are affected by our surroundings and life style. We are made of energy that gives off a glow. That glow is our aura and our aura color is a reflection of our personality.
The aura reflects our health, mental activity and emotional state. It also shows disease – often long before the onset of symptoms. It is another part of your energy body, just like your Chakras. . Energy (and the aura that is manifested by it) is always present in all life.
As bi-product of life, auras are never static. Life is in a constant state of motion and flux – so too are our auras.
This is why the observation of, and understanding auras (visually, empathically and otherwise) is incredibly important.
Close to the skin is the etheric aura. It is seen as a pale, narrow band that outlines the body, usually no more than half an inch wide. It looks like pale smoke clinging to the body. This is the visible part of the etheric body in it’s contracted state. During sleep the etheric body expands greatly and opens to absorb and store cosmic energy. The etheric is better named the vitality sheath or energy body. After sleep it contracts, forming a dense sheath around the body close to the skin.
The main aura is banded around the body – strata like. Imagine a person with thick, colored hoops of light dropped over them and you get the idea. These colors emanate from the chakras. Basic energy is drawn up from the planet through the feet and fed into the chakras, much like a plant does with water..
The aura also holds a multitude of information about one’s past, present and future. Auras are often unseen, but can be perceived by those with natural intuitive abilities, clairvoyance and they can be seen by the trained eye. But we don’t have to see auras to experience them.
Because auras are a residual of life (chi, prana, etc), we can feel them too. If you’re naturally sensitive, you may “pick up” on someone’s aura empathically. An aura can hold mood vibrations. So if we pick up on certain moods from others, you may likely be experiencing his/her aura.
An aura is noticeable in different way to those who are sensitive to them. For example, many psychics, psychic mediums, healers and empaths who are sensitive to the vibrations of each layer can either visually see or physically sense the colors. Kirlian or other special cameras can also be used to photograph and view the aura.
All living things are surrounded by an aura, which is an oval-shaped, colored band of sound, light and vibration. The human aura is also sometimes referred to as a psychic energy field. Each of the aura colors represent a person’s mood or physical health and also reflect the condition of their chakras. The major colors associated with the aura are red, orange, yellow, green, blue-indigo and violet. However, there are many variations on those colors. Some are more intense or less intense, or are deeper or lighter in color. There are even metallic colors within the aura spectrum, such as silver and gold. The aura can contain black, white and gray, as well.
Auras can reveal information about your thoughts, feelings, dreams, and even others’ wishes for you. Each color is not completely straightforward, however, and one must take into account the shade of a color in order to get an exact reading. Auras are given off by all living things because they emit energy with a special vibration and color. That color can be seen by gifted people and those trained in the healing arts, who can manipulate energy fields for effective healing.
Aura is a traditional term for the protective psychic and spiritual energy fields that surround and penetrate the physical body .
The aura is created by the interaction of all the energies and inter-dimensional forces that make up the human being. All of the energies and forces that are in and around you are meshed together and extend outwards from the body. The etheric usually extends about one inch but can extend further under certain circumstances, the astral body and chitta extend outwards further, usually between 2- 4 feet and the light body can extend a very long way – even hundreds of miles.
Depending on the state of your subtle bodies and your conscious control of them your aura can be very open or quite closed. In fact the state of the aura can vary very widely. On some planets the inhabitants leave their auras wide open as there is no negativity and they can allow themselves to merge with each other and their environment. For life on Earth the ideal aura is fairly closed with a solid border to block negative energies. This is needed here because there is a huge amount of negativity floating around, mainly in the astral realms and it is best not to be absorbing this into your subtle bodies.
Some people’s auras are quite closed due to a very solid ego structure which protects them from outside energies while others may have holes and be open due to gaps and a generally weak ego structure. If the structure has gaps or is weak then it is a good idea to take control of your aura and learn to seal it. If the ego structure is solid then the need for this is not as great unless you begin with spiritual work.
At the beginning of spiritual work the ego structure must be dismantled. This can leave the aura open to external influences.
Aura around living (conscious) objects (people, plants …) changes with time, sometimes very quickly. Aura around non-living object (stones, crystals, water…) is essentially fixed, but can be changed by our conscious intent.
Above facts have been observed by scientists in Russia, who have been using Kirlian effect to study Auras for the last 50 years.
It encircles each of us as the sun’s rays encircle the sun or the halo that surrounds the moon. The appearance of the aura, whether attractive or repulsive, depends on one’s physical health, mental attitudes, and spiritual development. The human aura is a dynamic matrix that includes the physical, emotional, and mental-spiritual aspects of self. The aura is the self as energy. All the contributing factors in our daily life register in our aura as colors, lines, dots, emanations, and vibrations. Every one of us is different, and our hidden selves are expressed through the aura.
The Aura around humans is partly composed from EM (electromagnetic) radiation, spanning from microwave, infrared (IR) to UV light. The low frequency microwave and infrared part of the spectrum (body heat) seems to be related to the low levels of the functioning of our body (DNA structure, metabolism, circulation etc.) whereas high frequency (UV part) is more related to our conscious activity such as thinking, creativity, intentions, sense of humor and emotions. Russian scientists, who seem to be about 3 decades ahead of everyone else in Aura research, make experiments suggesting that our DNA can be altered, by influencing its microwave Aura.
The high frequency UV part is very important and most interesting but largely unexplored. And this part can be seen with naked eyes.
Colors and intensity of the aura, especially around and above the head have very special meanings. Watching someone’s aura you can actually see the other person’s thoughts before you hear them expressed verbally. If they do not agree with what this person is saying, you effectively see a lie every time. No one can lie in front of you undetected. We cannot fake the Aura. It shows our True Nature and intentions for everyone to see.
Also, aura is our spiritual signature. When you see a person with a bright, clean aura, you can be sure that such person is good and spiritually advanced, even if he/she is modest and not aware of it. When you see a person with a gray or dark aura, you may be almost sure, that such person has unclear intentions, regardless how impressive, eloquent, educated, “good looking” or “well dressed” he/she seems to appear.
And you can see it in their Aura for yourself. Imagine changes on Earth if many people can see Auras of their leaders and start choosing them on the basis of their Auras.
By reading Aura it seems possible to diagnose malfunctions in the body (diseases) long before physical symptoms become evident. By consciously controlling your Aura you can actually heal yourself.
However, healing of the physical body is nothing in comparison to what seeing and reading auras can do for our consciousness, spiritual development and our awareness of Nature.
Everyone has an Aura. But most people on Earth have very weak and dull Auras. This seems to be a direct consequence of their life long materialistic attitude negating and suppressing the development of consciousness, cultivating fear, envy, jealousy and other similar emotions. Such attitude suppresses their True Nature, and their Auras seem to become suppressed too.
When people realize that their Aura is on display and many people are able to see it, they will watch what they think. And they will try to see and improve their own Aura. In the process they will become better and wiser, being able to recognize intentions of other people. Surely, the entire world will become much better if all people can see and read Auras.
Our Aura has two parts: Main Aura and the Etheric Aura.
The Main Aura is banded around the body. Imagine a person with thick, colored hoops of light draped over him/her and you get the idea.
These subtle bodies of color emanate from a person’s psychic center, or main chakra. Each chakra is a power plant generating energy of a different type and color. The strength, activity and color tone of each chakra depends on the person’s character, personality, emotional state and lifestyle. A person’s dominant chakra generates the main aura color.
Close to the skin is the Etheric Aura. It is a pale, narrow band that outlines the body and is usually no more than half an inch wide. It looks like milky smoke clinging to the body. The Etheric Aura is most closely aligned with physical attributes—the health and wellness of the body. The Etheric Aura shimmers and becomes lighter or darker depending upon life circumstances affecting the body. The life colors help to determine your core personality traits, your primary purpose and priorities in life. The Etheric color usually does not change during your life.
The color of the Etheric Aura starts as a luminescent white to gray band of color that gradually blends into a color that represents the true nature of the individual or the core personality. The operating colors that develop around the Etheric band of color can be multilevel and change with an action, thought, emotion, or physical feeling. These operating bands tend to brighten or diminish with strong emotional experiences. The hues of the operating auras also reveal the strength or weakness of an individual’s will. Your aura color can shift or change due to a major life change or crisis, such as a near-death experience, or extraordinary psychological or physical trauma. It is important to take stock of your life or seek the guidance of a psychic or aura reader to gain balance after a traumatic emotional or physical experience.
The aura colors are created by the vibration and interaction of matter and light emanating from the human body and these colors reflect our personality—mentally, emotionally, spiritually and socially. The twelve Etheric life colors are divided into five groups: Physical color personalities, Action color personalities, Analytical color personalities, Emotional color personalities, and Spiritual color personalities. Within these groups there are also color combinations with slight variations. If you are a color combination, it is important to study the two colors that make up your aura so that you have a great understanding of the colors that influence you.
In parapsychology and spiritual practice, an aura is a field of subtle, luminous radiation surrounding a person or object like the halo or aureola in religious art. The depiction of such an aura often connotes a person of particular power or holiness. It is said that all objects and all living things manifest such an aura. Often it is held to be perceptible, whether spontaneously or with practice: such perception is at times linked with the third eye of Indian spirituality. Various writers associate various personality traits with the colors of different layers of the aura. It has also been described as a map of the thoughts and feelings surrounding a person.
Historically, artists depict halos around the heads of individuals to denote their spirituality. Biblically, writers refer to the raiment or countenance of light in an attempt to describe the field of spiritual energy around angels, men, and women. It is from this invisible atmosphere that we receive our first impression of people. We use common-sense terms such as blue mood , red with anger, green with envy, full of energy, or radiant beauty. Such terms are similar to how individuals with spiritual sight describe the aura. From this intuitive nature, we form impressions and experience emotions and feelings regarding them and ourselves. Quantum physics describes the universe as energy. Psychology, Eastern therapy, and complementary medicine have terms for life as energy. Yoga psychology views the aura as an energy field surrounding the body, interacting through spiritual and psychological levels via structures called chakras. So we may conclude that the aura is an energy field that surrounds the physical body.
To the ancient Greeks, the mind is a spiritual faculty. Nous is their term for the intentional, purposeful intelligence that controls and orders the world of matter. Nous emerges from the void as the wind of spirit or the first emanating spirit of creation. Noetic derives from nous and is the structure of perception and understanding in our experience of that relationship or correlation between nous and form. The noetic field is an interacting psycho-spiritual energy that has an implicit intelligence and knows how to interrelate and synchronize with all elements within that coherent system. We are a microcosmic or personal noetic field, and the universe is a macrocosmic noetic field. The noetic field is a sustaining, nurturing, intelligent life field that is universally present. This field can be compared with grace, dharma, nirvana, and heaven. As noetic beings, we have the capacity to generate a noetic field and, by doing so, interface with the universal noetic field.
The psycho-spiritual structure that we call personality forms an energy field or noetic matrix around the physical body. Ancients called this the human aura. The aura has a degree of materiality or substance (a body) that is localized around a person. It is held together in much the same way as the physical body, by the presence of self.
