Everything in the Universe is energy or different expression and vibration of the pure energy. This energy flow free between the galaxies and in the Cosmos in general.
The human body is expression of that vibration of the energy in the matter. The Human Body by itself is a great mystery and miracle of the creation by itself. The human body is the denser layer of a multi-dimensional hierarchy in the continuation of creative forces. By keeping energy flowing, we can prevent blockages from forming and physical manifestations (symptoms) of these blockages from appearing. When you free yourself of stuck energy, you can heal a variety of emotional, physical, and spiritual conditions. It is said that our body contains hundred of chakras that are the key to the operation of our being. These “spinning wheels” draw-in coded information from our surroundings. Coded information can be anything from a color vibration to ultra-violet ray to a radio or micro wave to another person’s aura. In essence our chakras receive the health of our environment, including the people we are in contact with (that’s why other people’s moods have an affect on us!). Throughout our bodies there are areas where nerves, veins, and arteries are most dense, where our vital life force is more concentrated. These are chakras. Of these, there are seven major chakras beginning at the base of the spine and running to the crown of the head. In Sanskrit, chakra means wheel, and that’s exactly how these bundles function, as a wheel or disk of energy in the body.
A Chakra is the interface point between the physical and non-physical form. The Chakra wheels of light are structural blueprints, serving a conduits for the compliment energy information held in the Higher Self or Cosmic Forces. They lie along a linear pathway between the Crown Chakra, located at the top of the cranium, and the Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine. Actually we have 72 Chakras on the body and 22 which we can work with our inner self, including the 7 primary Chakras.
The chakras are formed at the junction of three connected energy shafts that ascend the spine, one on each side of the central channel, the Shushumna. The two lesser channels of energy – the Pingala on the right and Ida on the left – run parallel to the spinal cord. Chakras both take up and collect prana (life force energy) and transform and pass on energy. Our material bodies could not exist without them for they serve as gateways for the flow of energy and life into our physical bodies.
The chakra descriptions will give an understanding of the chakras and will teach how to enhance the connection to the mind, body and spirit. Chakras 1 through 3 relate to our mental perceptions of the physical world and astral world. Chakras 5 through 7 relate to activities and experiences in the physical world. Chakra 4 is the equalizer that connects the mind and body and is the place from which our soul emanates. Each chakra resonates to a specific sound and color vibration.
Each chakra has its own name and color vibration, and regions of the body that they influence. Our thoughts and emotions impact the chakras and likewise a blockage in one or more chakra can have an impact on how we feel and what we think.
There are 7 main energy centers in the body, known as chakras. Each chakra is located throughout our body so that it correlates to specific body ailment and physical dysfunctions; each energy center also houses our mental and emotional strengths. When we have a physical issue, it creates weaknesses in our emotional behavior. When we release the stale energy from the body, it can undo any tightness, stiffness, or malfunction of that area.
Each chakra is associated with a certain part of the body and a certain organ which it provides with the energy it needs to function. Additionally, just as every organ in the human body has its equivalent on the mental and spiritual level, so too every chakra corresponds to a specific aspect of human behavior and development. Our circular spirals of energy differ in size and activity from person to person. They vibrate at different levels relative to the awareness of the individual and their ability to integrate the characteristics of each into their life. The lower chakras are associated with fundamental emotions and needs, for the energy here vibrates at a lower frequency and is therefore denser in nature. The finer energies of the upper chakras corresponds to our higher mental and spiritual aspirations and faculties. Each of the chakra energy centers have a role in balancing your physical and emotional being.

Our bodies bear very sensitive areas filled with powerful energy where all our emotions and feelings reside.
The best way to start balancing them is to start at the root chakra and work your way up to the crown chakra.
The clearing of the energy can also balance our emotional state of mind. The Chakra Mind-Body Balance is a two-way street: if there are certain fears and emotions we are holding on to, we experience physical restrictions, too.

Cleansing your Chakras with Grounding Meditation
Grounding yourself is essential first step in all intuitive practices. You’ll use the earth energy that you pull up during the grounding meditation to run through each of your chakras, so this step is important.
Find yourself a comfortable position and let your body and mind relax. You can sit or lie down, just make sure that you will not be disturbed.
Next, close your eyes and take 3 very deep breaths. Exhale very slowly and let your body completely relax with no tension at all. Concentrate for a moment on your breathing.
All kinds of thoughts will be coming in your mind, but do not judge, do not get emotionally involved, just let them go. Try to be as mindful as you can.
Start picturing your entire chakra system, seeing with your imagination the exact location of each chakra. Breathe deeply all the time and calm your mind as much as you can.
Start visualizing your Root Chakra. See its bright red color and the strong aura it produces. With each breath you take, see energy coming and rushing into the chakra, and when you exhale, see the color becoming redder. Feel its power and know that your Base Chakra is healthy and cleared.
Move onto your second Chakra – Sacral or lower Dantien. Picture it as a powerful orange wheel, moving rapidly and spinning with enormous speed and power. It’s located near your reproductive organs. With each inhalation imagine a strong orange energy rushing into your Dantien. Feel and see how it’s getting filled with purified and cleared energy. On your exhalation, see the chakra becoming brighter and more orange.
Continue these steps according to the colors that correspond with each Chakra until you come to your Crown Chakra. At the end you should feel and picture your Chakras as completely purified and cleared, shining brightly with their amazing colors.
We can start with cleansing our Chakra with siting in a quite place with a not too much light. Begin in any meditative posture. This includes sitting cross-legged, sitting in a chair, standing, or lying down.
Take slow deep breaths without forcing. A few minutes at a slow and steady pace will begin to oxygenate the body and prepare you for the practice. Inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth.
Begin at the root chakra and imagine it as a spinning sphere of red light. Picture this energy pulsing and expanding, spinning faster. Imagine the red light becoming stronger.
Spend one minute doing this for each chakra, using the corresponding color for each chakra.
Next envision a ball of white light above your head. This light is to represent your connection to the Divine.
Envision this white light flooding downward through all your chakras at once. Imagine a running tap or a waterfall of energy running through each chakra, flooding them. Imagine that any stuck energy is being washed out through your feet.
Slowly, allow the white light to cleanse and replace the colored light of each chakra until you are left with nothing but pure white light pulsing and spinning strongly through each chakra.
Allow your intuition to tell you when each chakra is cleansed and when the flow of white light can stop. It can take five, ten, 20, or more minutes. Stay with the meditation as long as it feels right for you.
At this point, your chakras are wide open. Adjust each chakra to a flow, spin, or radiation that feels comfortable for you. Similar to adjusting a dial, only the goal is also to adjust all the chakras so that they spin in harmony with each other. Allow your intuition guide you toward what setting feels right.
On days that you don’t do this practice, try to make time for other grounding and opening activities. Like eating lunch in the park while sitting on the ground, walking barefoot in the grass, taking a nature walk, or just sitting in the sun for a few minutes.
Opening your Chakras
After completing the grounding meditation, starting with the root chakra, open each of your chakras, one by one. To do this, all you have to do is simply imagine each one opening. I assign a colored rosebud, corresponding to chakra color, for each of the seven chakras, and imagine it blooming. That’s it.
Root Chakra – Red
Sacral Chakra – Orange
Solar Plexus Chakra – Yellow
Heart Chakra – Green
Throat Chakra – Blue
Third Eye Chakra – Purple
Crown Chakra – White
Starting at the root chakra, imagine a red rose bud located right at the base of your spine, and then imagine it opening into full bloom. Once in full bloom, that chakra is open and you can move onto the next, imagining each colored rosebud coming into bloom, one by one, all the way up to the crown. Some people prefer to use colored doors opening, others prefer colored swirling vortices expanding, and still others prefer to use a combination (like me, sometimes I use both rosebuds AND expanding colored energy vortices). All in all, after completing a grounding meditation, opening chakras should take you approximately 4-6 minutes.
Runing Energy Through Each Chakra
Returning to the grounding meditation, remember that stream of White Light Energy you pulled up from the Earth? Now is the time to take it a step further. Again, starting with the root, imagine that stream of earth energy now flowing up and out through your root chakra. Imagine it flowing like an open faucet, gallons and gallons of white light energy flushing right through the root chakra. Next, pull another stream, like a cord, of white light energy up through the sacral chakra. Imagine is flowing fully and flushing energy out through the sacral chakra. Keep going, one by one, until you have 7 streams of white light energy flowing through each of the 7 chakras.
There’s no set end point here, no length of time determine for how long this should take. I simply let the energy flow until I decide it’s done. The length of time depends on the person and the amount of energy needed to clear the chakra. It could be 5 minutes, 7 minutes, 10 minutes, or 20 minutes. It’s up to you decide when is the right time for you to stop the flow, and trust that whatever length you decide, is the right time for you.
Once that time comes, starting at the crown, start pull out those streams of energy like you are unplugging extension cords, one by one, imagining them falling back to the Earth.
After you’ve ceased the flow of energy, it’s time to move on to closing each of the chakras. Now, it’s important to note that we aren’t shutting them all completely, only partially. 100% open chakras are not sustainable for anyone, at any time. With 100% open chakras, you run the risk of draining your own energy (earth energy flow is off now, remember, you’re running on your own energy), and you also run the risk of other individuals noticing your generous energy giving state, and taking advantage of it. We don’t want either of those things to happen, so what we do is turn down the energy dial on each chakra.
Like turning off the energy flow, we start at the crown and imagine a radio knob associated with each chakra. Imagine turn the dial down to a point at which you feel comfortable. Too low, maybe now you feel a sensation of heaviness, too high, and maybe you feel a little anxious all of a sudden. Imagine yourself adjusting the dial to the optimal state for you. And travel down the chakra system, adjusting the dial for each chakra, to a state that feels comfortable. This is an intuitive process and there is no right or wrong way to do it. There is no too open or too closed, each person has their own state of homeostasis, a point at which you feel and are in balance. This point is different for each person.
You should pay attention to how you feel and what you experience as you open chakras, as you run energy, and as you adjust the dials. You’re learning to sense subtle energy here, and it takes some time. Just try it – open, close, adjust until you feel like stopping, and move on! Over time, you’ll get the hang of it and be able to do this whole process in as little as 15 minutes or less.
Visualize all the emptied gunk from your chakras piled up all around you. Now, imagine yourself or your Spirit Guides taking a broom and sweeping that chakra clogging gunk into a garbage can until it’s all cleaned up.
For a simple, quick, and effective way to cleanse your chakras you should follow these steps
Cleanse those chakras. Clear those rusty pipes and allow clear, pure energy to flow freely, allowing yourself to feel both physically, and energetically healthy. So how do you clean up your chakras and get them spinning energetically? There are many ways to do it; everyone I speak to has their own method. There is no one right or wrong way, so I’ll share my method with you, but please find the method that works best for you. Experiment before you adopt one single method.
Sit quietly in a chair or lay down. I like to listen to meditation music but that’s not required. You could even light a candle. Knock yourself out. Locate your root chakra and imagine a red energy spinning clockwise in that location. (If you’re above your body and looking down and there is a pole running through your head and out your feet, spin it clockwise around this pole). Use the centrifugal force of the spin to remove and clear any dark spots or psychic gunk that has accumulated there. Just imagine it all spinning away. When that chakra is spinning with clear, red energy, you’re done. Move your awareness to the next chakra, the sacral chakra, and do the same thing. Spin it clockwise, imagining an orange light whirling around that imaginary pole running through your body. Clear it and move to the next chakra. Do this all the way to your crown chakra. At the end I like to pour white light all around my body, and sometimes I add golden light for protection, or green light for healing.
Cleansing your chakras should only take a few minutes. If you do this every day, you’ll notice less and less psychic gunk and you can get them clear really fast (30 seconds or so).

It’s relatively easy to incorporate chakra cleansing into your nightly or weekly routine. You can cleanse to alleviate a specific problem or for general well-being. Try to cleanse at least once per week and more frequently and you’ll notice changes in your energy levels and emotions. If you are able to practice every day, you’ll soon notice positive physical and energetic changes.
We can’t stop every single negative wave of energy that comes to us from the outer world. Well actually we can… if we meditate and practice this for 40 years every day, but assuming that we live in average cities and societies, filled with constant stress and pressure, this is a hard thing to achieve and it’s understandable if we go astray at times…
However, we are able to clean and heal our chakras, regardless if they’ve been negatively affected in some way. We can purify them and make them spin smoothly and evenly. This will lead to balance in our entire body and in turn, will heal us from many diseases, illnesses and negative influences.
