Light and Color Light Therapy
From our skin to our core, we are made of light and light is the language by which our cells speak to one another. The DNA within the center of the nucleus of each cell of the body has been shown to emit photons (light). When this light reaches the crystalline structure of the cell wall, it is greatly amplified. The light radiated from the cell naturally congregates with like cells because they share the same frequency (color) of light. These groups of cells form organs and the other structures in our body, each resonating with a specific frequency and color. So our cells are crystaLoving Tan Green Aurasllized light. All living cells of plants, animals and human beings emit bio photons which cannot be seen by the naked eye but can be measured by special equipment developed by German researchers.
Only light can touch the essence of our soul!
Within each of us is our own unique light that is precious, perfect, eternal and whole. It remains even when our physical body is gone. It is just on the other side of the veil, out of reach of our 5 physical senses.
Only vibrational energy such as Light can touch this place within us. Light Therapy uses light and color to nourish your Inner Light to reawaken your Soul.
Light is essential to our health and wellbeing.
Light is nourishment to the body. It is essential that we receive light into our body’s every day.
But instead, we have become a society of staying indoors most of the time. When we are outside, we may wear glasses, contacts or sun screen. All of these block some portion of the full spectrum of light which starves a part of our body. Light enters our body primarily through the eyes (
Loving Tan Green Auras
Loving Nurturing Tan Greens are analytical, methodical gatherers of information, feelings and emotions. They are calm and cool under pressure, and once they have made a decision, they act as highly competitive and dependable leaders. They are hard chargers, and it is difficult to knock them off a path once they get going. They need to be teamed, in love, life and work with strong personalities that break through their stubbornness and help them change their course of action when necessary.
Loving Nurturing Tan Greens take either a mediating or leadership role, depending on the situation. They are happy to guide friends, family and co-workers through various issues, but if they feel a need to do more than advise they will take control of a situation and see it through to the end. Loving/Nurturing Tan Greens are very hard workers, but it is important for them to delegate certain tasks and mentor people. They typically need breaks during the day to rejuvenate so it important for them to break from routine and take a nap, go for a walk or listen to music, even if it’s only for 15 minutes.
LOVING/NURTURING TAN GREENS & PERSONALITY: Your aura is governed more by strong personality created by the green. Both colors reflect your mental agility and your analytical, methodical style of analysis. The green side of your aura analyzes problems quickly while the L/N tan side makes sure that every step along the way is correct and nothing is overlooked. In a sense, the tan checks the green and makes sure you think before you act. Be sure not to ignore it and to double-check your plan before you set sail. Emotionally, you will remain slightly separated from inner feelings, which allows you to remain productive and helpful to others even if you don’t agree with them, or if you have personal problems that would make other people be less effective. Don’t put aside your own issues too long, as you or your loved ones can suffer neglect. Give yourself permission to take care of yourself. The L/N tan in you will help your green connect and process emotions without physical, loving level. You will remain deeply committed to them because you are fiercely loyal. You prefer one on one social contact with bright, sensitive people rather than large groups. You like to give everyone personal attention—to mingle and enjoy everyone.
LOVING/NURTURING TAN GREENS & CAREER: You have many career choices. The leader and facilitator in you will strive for continued achievement and ultimate success. You want to be productive and creative and rise to the top—to achieve power, whether you admit it openly or not. Power is a green attribute and the tan in your personality tempers the desire for success and prosperity with the desire to help others achieve the same degree of success. You want to share what made you successful with others, grant them access to your methods, and help them achieve prosperity. In addition, you are very patient and fair with co-workers, friends and family and do not get frustrated when they come back repeatedly to ask questions or have you evaluate their progress. You are always willing to offer a hand, to create a roadmap, and show others the step-by-step actions they need to take to realize success. Good career choices for you include: teacher, lawyer, marketing executive, advertising executive, judge, inventor, and architect.
LOVING/NURTURING TAN GREENS & RELATIONSHIPS: You are a loyal and loving, but sometimes possessive partner. You are both strong willed and stubborn, but desire to connect with one person that you can trust with your dreams. Someone who understands your work ethic and with whom you can share material success. You seek a highly intelligent partner with a strong physical presence and a desire for success in their own field. You are most compatible with other Loving/Nurturing Tan Greens and other colors in the analytical aura group. Your best match outside of the analytical colors is with a Red from the physical color group. Reds tend to be powerful, successful and intelligent. Reds usually take care of themselves physically (and will help you to do the same), are generally neat and are direct communicators. Last but not least, Reds need your love and appreciate your nurturing side. You should avoid relationships with Yellows or Magentas because they tend to be too playful, shift priorities, and cannot stay with one person for very long. The emotional auras—Blue, Lavender, Indigo, and their combinations—will think that the Loving/Nurturing Tan Green has too strong of a personality for them and will feel misunderstood. A Loving/Nurturing Tan Green relationship with the spiritual colors—Crystal and Violet—will be a challenge but could work out fairly well. They will share their intelligence and are successful as well. However, they also seek spiritual fulfillment and constantly try to balance material success with religious piety. You have to go into this relationship with open eyes.
LOVING/NURTURING TAN GREENS & HEALTH & WELLNESS: You will have fewer health problems if you permit your green aura band—the driving force behind your success—to be governed by the L/N tan side of your aura. The green aura creates a powerful and successful person, but that success often creates stress. Stress leads to problems with Angina—because of the heart involvement with green auras—and most likely stomach problems such as reflux, ulcers and colonitis. You can alleviate stress and avoid stomach problems by calming down, putting off completion of your lists and pausing from work for a while. Learn to let others fix their own problems and pay attention to yourself before giving energy to others. Remember to take time out to “smell the roses”, be thankful and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Forcing some evenings at home with a loved one, watching a favorite movie, or eating a home cooked meal will aid digestion and curb your workaholic nature.
LOVING/NURTURING TAN GREENS & SPIRITUALITY: You lean toward religions that have a deep and overt tie to spirituality. You are eager to study and embrace religion at a deep and meaningful level. You want to understand, rather than feel emotion about practicing religious beliefs. You will seek meditation, knowledge, chanting or rituals that let you physically express compassion and give thanks. Physical rituals help you feel and understand that you are entitled to give and accept the power of love from God. It is likely you receive immense self-worth, self-esteem, and peace by becoming involved with social welfare and/or community outreach programs sponsored by your church or place of worship, and you will enjoy counseling or teaching religion or life experience classes.
LOVING/NURTURING TAN GREENS & CHAKRAS: Your aura emanates from the heart chakra and radiates out on both the left and right side of your body. The green aura band flows upwards from the left side beside the heart chakra and generally remains on the left side of the body. The L/N tan aura band crosses over from the heart and is seen on the right side of the body. Green is the true color of the heart charka—representing love, growth, success, life and rebirth. The L/N tan aura band really has no “home” chakra, but can spring out from the heart, throat or solar plexus chakra as a color that “thinks” about love, compassion, cooperation, intuitive understanding, and commitment.
LOVING/NURTURING TAN GREENS & COLOR CHANGE: When you become over stimulated your aura darkens in hue, and either tan or green takes over your body. When your aura darkens and becomes too strong, it usually means you are showing signs of becoming a workaholic, perfectionist, overly demanding, moody and controlling. The antidote is an application of a lighter shade of green—Jade to Aventurine—and listening to soft music or taking a warm bath to calm the body and soul. If you become too lethargic, depressed, overly sensitive, angry or lacking in confidence, then your aura is under stimulated. Your aura will appear pale and you may actually carry a low-grade fever and feel like your eyesight is affected. In this case, make sure to surround yourself with bright green—plants, food, and clothing—even yellow sunshine to brighten your mood. Balance of work and play, rest and mental stimulants are the keys to maintaining good color.
ENHANCING LOVING/NURTURING TAN GREEN AURAS: This color group is full of loving, compassionate, intelligent, people who are driven to their own success and the success of others and are too hard on themselves. Take more time to reflect on your own needs—this allows you to revive and renew more quickly from overload. Keep your home neat with a minimal amount of furniture and “stuff” sitting around. If necessary, hire a maid once a month (or a week) so that you can come home to a clean environment and just relax. In addition, you should have lots of family pictures around you—rather than art—to help balance priorities. Live plants in every room will stimulate heart health and emotional growth. Accessories should be warm colors like red and yellow for foundation and warmth. These warm colors should be added to the foundation color of earth tones for balance and calmness. Gold jewelry also adds warmth to your aura, and Jade or Emerald gems are perfect for love and harmony. Love notes, scribbles, to-do lists and birthday cards should be written with green ink—it helps draw forth your compassion and love. You should use green without hesitation to enhance work, play and love.
about 90%), and also via the skin and chakras.
Light stimulates and supports the important endocrine system as well as the immune system and organs of the body. The visible spectrum as well as infrared (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) light are essential for the complete health of the body. It has been shown that 2 hours of indirect sunlight or 30 minutes of direct sunlight everyday create healthier bodies and emotional wellbeing.
Lighten up! What does that really mean? As more and more light enters our body, we literally lighten up! We feel lighter, more open and happier with our life. Light is contagious! Our relationships with the people around us begin to change. Relating becomes easier and more fulfilling. Just as the moth is drawn to the light, others will be drawn to your light.
As we lighten up, we begin to discover who we really are. We begin to really enjoy this amazing journey called life. At last, we finally are able to touch and know the essence of ourselves and realize that we are and always have been goodness and perfection. As we know that of ourselves, we begin to see the goodness and perfection in every living thing.
Treat yourself to the light today! Take a long walk outdoors or sit under the shade of a tree without your glasses, contacts or sunglasses. You won’t need any sunscreen if you’re careful. Seize the joy of living in the light!
Color Light Therapy is a form of Vibrational/Energy Medicine that uses light on the eyes, acupuncture points, meridians, reflex zones, chakras , the aura, CSF and DNA to communicate the proper frequency for restoring health to the body and energy field.
Various light instruments emit perceptible light frequencies (color) from the Electromagnetic Spectrum as well as those beyond the perceptible edge of visible colors such as Infrared (IR) and Ultraviolet (UV) in order to balance the physical body. All can be applied to acupuncture points, meridians, zones, chakras , the aura, CSF and DNA.
Within the visible spectrum are the colors of the rainbow and everything in between. Each color is a specific frequency and resonates with a specific color light frequencies in the bio system.
|Violet Light on Limbic brain point||The basic colors are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. However, there are other colors that have specific healing properties.
Like the sun, color light instruments bring in the essential full spectrum, but with much more accuracy since specific points and zones can receive different color frequencies as needed.
|Red Light on LI 4 acu point

Beaming color light to large areas using a lamp is called tonation.
Invisible ULTRAVIOLET (UV) and INFRARED (IR)
UV Ultraviolet rays lie just above the visible VIOLET ray, hence the name Ultraviolet.
IR InfraRed rays lie just below the visible RED ray, hence the name InfraRed.

Light Affect The Human Functions
We know that the vibratory rate of a substance determines its density or its forms as matter. When we recognize the vibratory patterns in the universe, i.e. the energy ranges or fields found on the cosmic electromagnetic scale, we will then be able to open the doors to the tremendous healing powers found in the subtle energy octaves of the cosmos. The visible light spectrum with its beneficial frequencies for the human body provides the preventing tool for healing. Color Medicine is truly, the medicine of the future.
Light is responsible for turning on the brain and the body. Light enters the body through the eyes and skin. When even a single photon of light enters the eye, it lights up the entire brain. This light triggers the hypothalamus, which regulates all life-sustaining bodily functions, the autonomic nervous system, endocrine system, and the pituitary (the body’s master gland). The hypothalamus is also responsible for our body’s biological clock. It also sends a message, by way of light, to the pineal organ, which is responsible for releasing one of our most important hormones, melatonin. The release of melatonin is directly related to light, darkness, colors, and the Earth’s electromagnetic field. This necessary hormone affects every cell in the body. It turns on each cell’s internal activities, allowing them to harmonize with each other and nature.
The pineal gland is believed to be responsible for our feeling of oneness with the universe and sets the stage for the relationship between our inner being and the environment. If that relationship is harmonious, we are healthy, happy, and feel a sense of well-being. An imbalance in this relationship makes itself known in the form of disorders or disease in our physical, mental or emotional states. The Pineal is our “light meter”, and receives information from the heavens above, to give us that sense of oneness with the universe, and from the Earth’s electromagnetic field below to keep us grounded. A perfect balance is necessary to maintain our health and to keep us in harmony with the environment.
We conjecture that color is a quantum state of matter. There are other quantum states such as charm, beauty, flavor, tenderness, etc. These quantum states are linked with each other via ‘glucons’ and form intermediary energy fields knew as ‘quarks’. Quarks, if condensed, produce bosons, a fifth state of matter. The medium used in chromo therapy has never been explored in depth; for example, water, the main medium used in chromo therapy, has never been studied quantitatively in any of the research conducted in the context of chromo therapy.
Chromo therapy provides colors to the electromagnetic body or the aura (energy field) around the body, which in turn transfers energy to the physical body. This makes chromo therapy the most effective among various therapies.
Color as pure vibrational energy is the rational therapy for maintaining health and overcoming disease’. When applied to the human body, light will provide all deficient energies since every color is associated with a quantity of energy
When we speak of color, we mean energy waves. Every color, each with its own frequency, is a form of energy
An electric charge is produced due to the influence of the vibrations of cosmic and colorful rays upon the brain cells. This electric charge takes the form of a current emitted where various cells collide with another. This collision results in formation of incalculable colorful vibrations, which can be termed as thought.
Colors have a profound effect on us at all levels—physical, mental and emotional. If our energy levels are blocked or depleted, then our body cannot function properly, and this in turn can lead to a variety of problems at different levels.
Research also confirmed that certain parts of the brain are not only light sensitive but actually respond differently to different wavelengths; it is now believed that different wavelengths (colors) of radiation interact differently with the endocrine system to stimulate or reduce hormone production
The cervical vertebrae is the main passage for the current that starts from the brain; if this bone fractures, the flow of current suffers a setback resulting in damage of the brain tissues
Physiologically, affective responses of subjects revealed that warm colors were useful in arousing those troubled with reactive depression or neurasthenia. They increased muscle tone or blood pressure in hypertensive individuals. Cool colors elicited the reverse affective responses in all of the same tests. Anxious subjects were actually calmed by these cooler colors, from the viewpoint of clinical psychology.
Exposure to warm colors increased respiratory movements, frequency of eye blinks, cortical activation and palmar conductance (arousal of the autonomic nervous system). Warm colors consistently showed a more pronounced pattern of stimulation. Cool colors showed opposite effects by acting as a relaxant and tranquilizer for anxious individuals, lowering blood pressure, providing relief from tension, alleviating of muscle spasms and reducing eye blink frequency. They also proved to be an aid for insomnia. Just as warm colors showed a consistently pronounced pattern of stimulation, cool colors showed a consistent pattern of relaxation.
Human beings are the product of habits and heritage. There was no electricity. So, daylight announced the initiation and termination of many activities.
Modern life style differs significantly from these early days. Most of us wake up in the morning, not by hearing a rooster crow or by feeling the golden rays of sunlight slowly drifting into our rooms; we wake up by the alarm clock or by the clock radio. Many of us have tough time getting up at the first time; so we set the “snooze” button to give us a little more of precious time to sleep. The windows have heavy drapes, so most of us do not see the sunlight except when we peek outside. In the evening, many of us stay awake to watch the late night shows. The problem is that our system needs time to sleep. Studies on animals have shown that they have definite patterns they follow every day depending on the season. In autumn, most of the plants and animals get ready to go into “hibernation” for the winter period. Many birds migrate to south for the winter. During this period, they do not eat much (There is not much food to be found.) But, come spring, nature become very lively. The birds return from the south. The trees start the new growth.
Many animals are found to time the events in their lives depending on the season, so that the functions can be accomplished at the most effective way. For example, lambs are born only in the spring when there is plentiful of food for the mother to nurse the newborn. Most of the animal species coordinate the mating time so that the birth occurs in the season when there is plenty of food available. In the tropical rainforests, birds wait till the dry season to breed. In Arctic, the breeding is timed to coincide with the melting of snow and ice.
The question is how do animals know how to predict the seasons in advance? Is it the temperature fluctuations? It cannot be, because, sometimes we have the “so called Indian Summer” in fall; but the birds do fine. It turns out that the most important factor is the day light; or more specifically the day/night cycle. Animals and plants sense the shortening of the days in the fall and perceive the arrival of winter. In spring, the lengthening of the day signifies the arrival of spring and summer. Most of the expert horticulturists know about this. They manipulate the “day light hours” (or photoperiod) to coax the poinsettia to bloom in time for the Christmas season, daylilies to bloom for the Easter (although Easter can be in March or April), etc.
It turns out that human beings are also influenced by the light. Light determines our sleep/wake cycle. In most animals and humans, the desire to sleep is brought on by secretion of a hormone called melatonin. Melatonin is produced in a tiny gland known as the pineal gland. In the evening the pineal gland reacts to the diminishing levels of daylight and starts to produce melatonin, which is then released into the blood and flows through the body making us drowsy. Its secretion peaks in the middle of the night during our heaviest hours of sleep. In the morning, bright light shining through the eye reaches the pineal gland which reacts by switching off the production of melatonin, thus removing the desire to sleep.
The pineal gland is linked up to the rest of the hormonal system. Consequently melatonin production also influences the functioning of other parts of the body. During darkness and sleep, melatonin modifies the secretion of hormones from organs such as the pituitary, the master gland of the hormonal system.
The pituitary in turn regulates the secretion of hormones controlling growth, milk production, and egg and sperm production. It also regulates the action of the thyroid gland, which is concerned with metabolism, and the adrenal glands, which control excretion of the body’s waste. It is obvious then that fluctuations in light and darkness according to the seasons of the year will influence rhythms of growth, reproduction and activity in animals and indeed humans.
Statistics show that despite living and working in “closed structures”, our bodies still respond to the external environment and to its seasonal variability in duration and intensity. Scientist have found that growth rates in children are affected by the seasons. For example, surveys carried out in Germany, Sweden and Scotland show that height and weight increase is more predominant in the spring and early summer. In many countries the rate of conception peaks in the summer when the hours of daylight are longest. In numerous trials the seasons have been seen to influence the timing and duration of sleep, pain threshold, alertness, eating habits, mood, the onset of menstruation in women and sexual activity.
